If your RV was built with a Furrion Vision S prep, a Furrion-compatible camera will plug directly into the existing wiring at the rear cap. Look for the round Furrion port on the back of your coach. If your rig is not pre-wired, you will need a camera kit that includes a transmitter or run cable. Do RV side view cameras require separate wiring from the backup camera?

Yes. Side view cameras mount on the driver and passenger sides and run on their own power and video feeds back to a multi-channel monitor. Most systems support up to four camera inputs (rear, two sides, and one interior or hitch view), and each camera needs a 12V power source plus a signal path, either wired coax or a paired wireless transmitter.
